We reserve the right to only accept translation work when we have the capacity.
If we are unable to accept an assignment, we can provide a list of alternative translation agencies in canton Zug.
A cost estimate will be provided upon submission of a copy of the document to be translated. The translation assignment will begin only after advance payment of the agreed cost (calculation basis: CHF 2.50 - CHF 3.- / 55 characters, including spaces - depending on the language and complexity of the original text)
The normal lead time for translation work is 2 weeks (minimum). An express surcharge of CHF 40 (3-5 working days) to CHF 80 (1-2 working days) will be applied (if it is possible) to provide the translations sooner.
The municipal notary offices, the office of the State Chancellery and independent lawyers are able to issue notarisations for Switzerland and abroad. Certified FMZ translations are accepted in the canton of Zug. Additional certification is sometimes required for other countries. We charge a certification fee of CHF 60 to obtain this apostille from the State Chancellery.

We accept assignments for consecutive/official interpreting as well as in the field of intercultural interpreting where time and capacity permit. When making an appointment, please specify exactly what kind of assignment is required.

Fees for interpretation services
CHF 100.- per hour
incremental CHF 25.- per additional 15 minutes
A minimum rate of CHF 100.- (one hour) applies per assignment. The duration of the assignment will be rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes after this time.
Travel time and expenses are charged in addition to the fee.
A flat rate for travel applies. If several assignments are carried out consecutively at the same location by the same person, they are charged only once:
Zug, Baar, Cham, Steinhausen: CHF 30.- / Hünenberg, Risch CHF 60.- / Others CHF 90.- (Other cantons upon request)
